hiiiii my dear dear readers! i have a very big and beautiful announcement to make:

I MADE A BOOK!

introducing my first ever soon-to-be-published book:

when saturn returned

when saturn returned is a collection of my poems, prose, and film photographs that were written and taken during the 2020-2023 Saturn in Aquarius transits.

when saturn returned tells the tale of my own personal Saturn return journey ~ a tale of ebbs and flows, of growing pains and letting go ~ told through written word and photograph.

this compilation has been a long time coming. at the beginning of each year for many years, i would write down an intention to create a book of poetry paired with my film photographs. but i didn’t know what thread would tie it all together until the title, when saturn returned, came to me suddenly in 2022 when i was nearing the end of my Saturn return journey. following the end of my Saturn return in 2023, i worked diligently on compiling and editing and curating this collection. with the help of my book doula Nick Jaina, this collection is about to be birthed into the world.

and now with great pleasure, i would like to introduce you to: when saturn returned
